Pretty much the same laws back in Canada. It depends on the country though. Bars all still had smoking inside. On the trains no smoking is allowed but travelers often jump off at the stops to puff some toxic air and then jump back on just as the conductor blows the whistle.

BYOB is okay on the trians. You can order beer and food but it is not free like on planes first class.

Sounds like first class on a plane would be better.But what can you see in a plane. What kind of smoking laws do they have out there?As BYOB seems acceptable on a train.
